A Lune cruffin with strawberry rose jam, strawberry cremeux and a freshly diced strawberry brunoise. After filling the cruffin is dusted with a strawberry and raspberry powder and it is garnished with a rosette of buttercream and sprinkle of rose petals.

A Lune traditional croissant soaked in vanilla syrup and filled with mork frangipane. On the frangipane there chocolate fondant mixture piped on top. After baking the pastry gets covered with whipped mascarpone chantilly.
