Passport FAQs

1. What is Lune Passport?
Lune Passport is our loyalty program where you can earn Zont Miles and unlock exclusive offers.

2. What are Zont Miles?
Zont Miles are reward points earned for every dollar spent in a Lune venue. They can be accumulated and redeemed for special offers.

3. How are Zont Miles calculated?
$1 spent in a Lune venue = 1 Zont Mile
Excludes purchasing online Gift Vouchers.

4. How do I redeem my offers?
Offers are only redeemable in-store for now. When you’ve unlocked an offer, we’ll send you a reminder via push notifications.

5. How do I receive my passport?
Receiving your Lune Passport is simple - you can sign up online here, scan the QR code at the entrance of any Lune venue, or ask one of our team members next time you’re in store. Once you have signed up, you will be able to download your Lune Passport to your Apple or Google wallet.

Already made an order? You have 7 days from purchase to visit our website and apply for your passport using the information from your receipt to receive your Zont Miles immediately.

Once you join our Lune Passport program, all transactions made in-store will contribute to your Zont Miles!

6. What offers are redeemable as a LUNE Passport holder?

  • Earn 50 Zont Miles when you sign up and make your first purchase.
  • Double Zont Mile Days.
  • Sign up to our EDM and receive 25 Zont Miles.
  • Receive a Traditional croissant on your birthday. 7 days before and after birthday
  • Reach 200 Zont Miles and receive $10 off your next purchase. Every 200 Zont Miles reached receive $10

7. Why am I not receiving any Lune Passport emails?
There are a few reasons why you might not be receiving Lune Passport emails, whether that’s because your email address was recorded incorrectly, or you’ve opted out in the past.

8. Why am I not receiving any Push Notifications?
There are a few reasons why you might not be receiving Lune Passport push notifications, whether that’s because your push notifications are turned off, or you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your phones notification and internet settings.

9. When can I redeem my birthday Traditional croissant?
You will have 7 days before and 7 days after your birthday to redeem your Traditional croissant from any Lune venue. For example, your birthday is June 23, you will have from June 16 until June 30 to redeem your Traditional croissant.

11. Does my offer expire?
Offers do not expire.

12. Do I have to spend my $10 credit all at once?
Yes, your $10 credit must be used in one transaction.

13. Does my $10 credit expire?
No, your credit is redeemable whenever you decide. You may collect as many $10 credits as you wish! You can only redeem 1 x $10 credit in one transaction.

14. When will I see my Zont Miles balance update?
Your Zont Miles balance should update almost instantly. There could be instances where updates might take a little longer, for example internet connection or your phone data. You’ll see your Zont Miles balance updated on your passport.

15. I made a Lune purchase but don’t have a Lune Passport, can I accumulate Zont Miles from that transaction?
Please visit our website and follow the prompts with your receipt information.

16. Can I redeem my Zont Miles at any venue?
Yes! Zont Miles are redeemable at all Lune venues.

17. Do I get Zont Miles for making an online pre-order?
Zont Miles are only earned with in store purchases (for now).
