FAQ FOR NEW MEMBERS

1. What is Lune Passport?
Lune Passport is our loyalty program, built around the way you visit Lune. Every time you spend, you earn Lune Dollars back. The more you visit, the more you unlock.

2. How do I sign up?
Download the Lune Passport app, follow the prompts to sign up and you’re in.

3. How do I earn Lune Dollars?
Scan your customer QR code at the time of purchase in store. For online orders, your account links automatically through the app. Every dollar you spend earns you 5 cents back in Lune Dollars.

4. How do I redeem my Lune Dollars?
Your Lune Dollar balance is visible in the app and can be redeemed in store or when ordering online.

5. Do my Lune Dollars expire?
Lune Dollars do not expire.

6. What are the membership tiers?
There are four tiers: Launchpad, Stratosphere, Orbit and Lunar Landing. Each one unlocks more rewards as your spend grows. Benefits include a free birthday pastry, early access to new product announcements, annual merch gifts and more.

7. Where can I use Lune Passport?
At any Lune store across Australia, in store or via the app for online orders.

8. Who do I contact if I need help?

9. When can I redeem my birthday croissant?
You will have all of your birthday month to redeem your pastry of choice from any Lune venue. For example, if your birthday is June 23, you will have from June 1 until June 30 to redeem your pastry.

 

FAQ FOR EXISTING MEMBERS

1. What happens to my Zont Miles?
Nothing is lost. Every Zont Mile will be converted to Lune Dollars at a rate of $0.05 per point. Your opening balance will be ready and waiting when the new program launches.

2. Do I need to re-register or do anything to make the switch?
No re-registration needed. Simply enter the mobile number linked to your current loyalty account and confirm via OTP on the new app.

3. Will my past purchases count toward my new balance?
Yes. Any eligible purchases made before the official launch date will be included in your converted Lune Dollar balance.

4. Will my past purchases count toward my new balance?
Your Lune Dollar balance is visible in the app and can be redeemed in store or when ordering online.

5. Is there a cut-off date for eligible purchases?
Purchases made up until the official Lune Passport 2.0 launch date will be counted and converted. All purchases after that date will automatically earn Lune Dollars.

6. What if I don’t switch straight away?
There’s no deadline. As long as you have an existing loyalty account, you can access the new app at any time by confirming your mobile number via OTP.

7. Will my personal details and birthday be carried over?
Yes. Your details, birthday and preferences will transfer securely.

8. Can I have missing points added manually?
Points cannot be manually added to an account. To earn Lune Dollars, simply scan your customer QR code at the time of purchase in store or link your account for online ordering through the app.

9. What’s changing and what’s getting better?
Zont Miles are being replaced by Lune Dollars. A simpler, more intuitive way to earn and redeem. The new app makes it easier to track your balance, order ahead and access your rewards in one place. And with the new tier structure, the more you visit the more you unlock.
