The Lune Co Digital Membership (Lune Passport Loyalty Program) Terms & ConditionsEffective Date: 25/05/2025

Thank you for choosing to become a member of the Lune Passport Loyalty Program powered by Litecard. By signing up, downloading, or using your digital membership card, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Overview

The Lune Passport Loyalty Program allows you to:

  • Earn points (Zont Miles) on qualifying purchases made in-store or online.
  • Receive exclusive Offers and Benefits.
  • Access personalised promotions via mobile wallet notifications.
  • This membership is delivered through a digital wallet pass and does not require app installation.
  • The membership is free to join and open to all customers aged 16 and above.

2. Earning Points (Zont Miles) & Unlocking Offers

  • Zont Miles are earned based on the value of purchases and any active promotional campaigns.
  • Zont Miles are awarded per line item on their receipt. If an item’s price includes 50 cents or more, the Zont Miles for that item will be rounded up.
  • Offers and Benefits eligibility and redemption conditions are governed by ongoing promotions as set by The Lune Co.
  • Offers may be location-based or time-limited.
  • Purchases of Gift-It digital gift vouchers, Lune Lab tickets, pre-orders made through HungryHungry, and shipping fees are excluded from earning Zont Miles.
  • The number of Zont Miles earned per purchase may vary based on amount spent, specific products purchased, and your membership tier.
  • Details on earning rates will be available on our website.
  • The Lune Co reserves the right to change the methods and rates of earning Zont Miles at any time without notice.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your Zont Miles are correctly credited to your account. If you believe there is an error, you must notify us and provide relevant details.

3. Offers and Benefits

  • Members of the Lune Passport may be eligible for various offers, which may vary depending on your Lune Passport status. Examples include:
    • A Traditional croissant on your birthday.
    • 25 Zont Miles for signing up to our emails.
    • 50 Zont Miles upon signing up and making your first purchase.
  • Offers and Benefits are redeemable and applied at checkout. The member of the Lune Passport and a Lune employee’s approval is required before an offer or benefit is redeemed.
  • Offers and Benefits are personal to the member, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
  • Offers may be subject to availability and have specific redemption periods.
  • The birthday croissant offer is valid for one week (7 days) before and after your birthday, and must be redeemed in-store.

4. Communication & Notifications

  • By downloading the digital membership card or joining the Lune Passport, you consent to receive push notifications, emails, and SMS about rewards, updates, and exclusive offers.
  • Notifications may be based on your preferences, location, and activity.
  • You may opt out of notifications at any time via your wallet app, digital card settings, or by following unsubscribe links in emails.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date.

5. Data Privacy & Consent

  • Personal data collected during sign-up or use of the membership (e.g., phone number, email, wallet interactions) is stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • No personal data is shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
    Data may be used for personalisation of offers, performance analytics, and campaign optimisation by The Lune Co and its authorised partners.

6. Membership Cancellation

  • Removing your digital membership from your phone does not delete your membership in our system. If you wish for your account to be terminated and removed from our systems, please email [email protected].
  • Upon cancellation, your points and associated benefits may be forfeited as per The Lune Co’s loyalty program policy.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

  • The Lune Co reserves the right to modify these terms, change earning structures, or discontinue the program at any time.
  • Notice of such changes will be provided via digital wallet notification or email (if provided).
  • The Lune Co reserves the right to terminate your membership if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or misuse the Program.
  • Upon termination, all accumulated Zont Miles, offers, and benefits may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lune Co will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including any changes to or termination of the Program.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant Australian law.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. General Provisions

  • Lune Passport loyalty program is intended for personal use only and is not for commercial purposes.
  • Membership in the Program is non-transferable.
  • Failure by The Lune Co to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
