The Lune Co Digital Membership (Lune Passport Loyalty Program) Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 3 June 2026

Thank you for choosing to become a member of Lune Passport. By signing up or using your Lune Passport membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

The Lune Passport Loyalty Program allows you to:

• Earn Lune Dollars on qualifying purchases made in store or online
• Access exclusive tier benefits and rewards
• Receive personalised offers and early access to new product announcements
• This membership is delivered through the Lune Passport web app powered by Nomni
• The membership is free to join

2. Earning Lune Dollars

• Members earn Lune Dollars at a rate of 5% on all qualifying purchases. For every $1.00 spent, $0.05 is credited to your Lune Dollar balance
• Lune Dollars are earned by scanning your customer QR code at the time of purchase in store, or automatically through your linked account for online orders
• If a scan is not completed at the time of purchase, Lune Dollars cannot be earned retrospectively
• The following purchases are excluded from earning Lune Dollars: Gift card vouchers, Lune Lab tickets, pre-orders made through third party platforms, and shipping fees
• The Lune Co reserves the right to change the methods and rates of earning Lune Dollars at any time
• It is your responsibility to ensure your Lune Dollar balance is correctly credited. Any discrepancies should be raised with our team promptly

3. Membership Tiers

Lune Passport includes four membership tiers based on cumulative spend. Tier benefits are as follows:

• Launchpad, spend up to $299:
  • Free pastry of your choice during your birthday month
  • Early access to new product announcements and exclusives
• Stratosphere, spend $300 – $799
  • All Launchpad benefits
  • Annual Stratosphere merch gift
• Orbit, spend $800 – $1,499
  • All Stratosphere benefits
  • Annual Orbit merch gift
  • Free coffee with every visit during your birthday week, limited to one per day
• Lunar Landing, spend $1,500 and above
  • All Launchpad benefits
  • Exclusive Lunar Landing benefit revealed upon reaching this tier

4. Lune Dollar Expiry

Lune Dollars remain active provided a purchase or redemption is made at least once every 12 months. If no activity is recorded within a 12 month period, the Lune Dollar balance may be forfeited. The Lune Co will provide notice prior to any balance expiry where possible.

5. Offers and Benefits

• Tier benefits and offers are personal to the member, non-transferable and have no cash value
• Benefits are subject to availability and may have specific redemption periods
• The birthday pastry offer is valid for the entirety of the member’s birthday month and must be redeemed in store at any Lune location
• The birthday week coffee offer applies to Orbit and Lunar Landing members and is limited to one per day during the member’s birthday week
• A Lune team member’s approval is required before any offer or benefit is redeemed
• The Lune Co reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers and benefits at any time

6. Redemption of Lune Dollars

• Lune Dollar balances are visible within the Lune Passport web app
• Lune Dollars can be redeemed in store or when ordering online through the app
• Lune Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged

7. Transition from Zont Miles

• All existing Zont Mile balances will be converted to Lune Dollars at a rate of $0.05 per Zont Mile
• Converted balances will be available upon first login to the new Lune Passport web app
• Eligible purchases made prior to the official launch date of Lune Passport 2.0 will be included in the converted balance
• No action is required beyond confirming your mobile number via OTP on the new app

8. Communication and Notifications

• By joining Lune Passport you consent to receive communications via email and SMS regarding your rewards, tier status and exclusive offers
• You may opt out of communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication or by contacting us directly
• You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date

9. Data Privacy and Consent

• Personal data collected during sign up or use of the membership is stored securely in accordance with applicable Australian data protection laws
• Data may be used for personalisation of offers, performance analytics and campaign optimisation by The Lune Co and its authorised partners
• No personal data is shared with third parties without your explicit consent

10. Membership Cancellation

• To cancel your membership and have your data removed from our systems please contact [email protected]
• Upon cancellation your Lune Dollar balance and associated benefits will be forfeited

11. Contact Us

• The Lune Co reserves the right to modify these terms, change earning structures, adjust tier thresholds or discontinue the program at any time
• Notice of material changes will be provided via email or SMS where possible
• The Lune Co reserves the right to terminate a membership where fraudulent, abusive or dishonest activity is identified
• Upon termination all accumulated Lune Dollars, tier status and benefits will be forfeited

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lune Co will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with your participation in the program, including any changes to or termination of the program.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. General Provisions

• Lune Passport is intended for personal use only and is not for commercial purposes
• Membership is non-transferable
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
