July Special – A pull apart loaf made from croissant pastry, crispy potato, and truffle. Filled with a truffle cream then finished with a cured egg yolk sauce, parmesan, and chives.

July Special – A Lune escargot filled with rhubarb jam and oat crumble, then baked. Topped with more jam and crumble then finished with a dusting of icing sugar.
Filled with a tart lemon curd, tossed in lemon sugar, and finished with candied zest.
July Special – A Lune cruffin dusted in black sesame sugar then filled with a cherry gel, roasted miso custard, and black sesame ganache. Topped with a black sesame tuile.

July Special – A Lune traditional croissant filled with a date purée and date frangipane. Topped with more frangipane and crunchy walnuts before baking. Injected with butterscotch sauce then finished with icing sugar, butterscotch drizzle, and a dollop of whipped cream.
