A traditional croissant twice-baked with matcha and coconut frangipane, strawberry jam, and whipped matcha ganache. Topped with more matcha ganache then finished with tempered white chocolate shards, and freeze-dried strawberry.

Filled with bacon béchamel, parmesan, and pecorino. Finished with sous vide egg yolk, more fresh pecorino, and crispy bacon.

Turtle

A pain au chocolat twice-baked with chocolate frangipane, roasted pecans, and salted caramel. Dusted with chocolate powder then finished with dark chocolate ganache, salted caramel sauce, and candied pecans.

Mango Tajin

Our classic cruffin, filled with lime gel, mango curd and fresh mango. Finished with a button of mango, lime zest and a sprinkle of tajin. ⁠

Dulce Twist

Baked with a dulce de leche and cocoa nib cake mixture filling. Piped with a dulce de leche ganache, then finished with a caramel glaze and a sprinkle of fleur de sel salt.⁠

Pain au Chocolat

Traditional chocolate croissant, with two dark chocolate batons.

Kouign Amann

Traditional pastry from the Bretagne region of France, laminated with sugar and baked in a mould lined with butter, sugar and salt, until caramelised.

Morning Bun

Croissant pastry baked with a brown sugar, cinnamon and orange zest filling, and rolled in that same deliciously spiced sugar.

Ham & Gruyere

A croissant baked fresh with a filling of shaved ham, swiss gruyere and seeded mustard.

Cheese & Vegemite Escargot

An escargot pastry filled with Vegemite béchamel and gruyère cheese.
Contains: rennet

Lemon Curd Cruffin

Filled with a tart lemon curd, tossed in lemon sugar, and finished with candied zest.

Almond

The original Croissant aux Amandes, prepared with almond frangipane and garnished with a healthy amount of flaked almonds.
Contains: added nuts, alcohol

All products include gluten, dairy and eggs. We use nuts in an open kitchen environment, as such none of our products are considered nut free.
