Traditional croissant twice baked with cocoa frangipane and maraschino syrup, finished with a chocolate cookie crumble and filled with a cherry jam. Filled and topped with maraschino cherries, chantilly cream, chocolate mousse and chocolate flakes.

PALMIER

Traditional French pastry, shaped and coated in sugar, baked until caramelised. Drizzled with white chocolate and finished with freeze dried raspberry.

YUZU CHEESECAKE CRUFFIN

Filled with yuzu curd and cheese cake mixture. Topped with a kiss of cheese cake mixture, a sprinkle of coconut streusel and yuzu sugar.

PERSIAN LOVE CAKE

A traditional croissant twice-baked with pistachio frangipane and Persian love cake. Topped with (even more) frange, slivered pistachios and pearl sugar before bake. Finished with rosewater buttercream and rose petals. ⁠

Pain au Chocolat

Traditional chocolate croissant, with two dark chocolate batons.

Kouign Amann

Traditional pastry from the Bretagne region of France, laminated with sugar and baked in a mould lined with butter, sugar and salt, until caramelised.

Pain Suisse

A vertically laminated pain suisse. Filled with vanilla crème pâtissière and chocolate chips. Brushed with vanilla syrup then finished with flaky pink salt.

Ham & Gruyere

A croissant baked fresh with a filling of shaved ham, swiss gruyere and seeded mustard.

Cheese & Vegemite Escargot

An escargot pastry filled with Vegemite béchamel and gruyère cheese.
Contains: rennet

Lemon Curd Cruffin

Filled with a tart lemon curd, tossed in lemon sugar, and finished with candied zest.

Almond

The original Croissant aux Amandes, prepared with almond frangipane and garnished with a healthy amount of flaked almonds.
